A birthday present for one of my best buddies !!! (drawn in November of 2007)Because Cloud's just that awesome!!!! *squee*
I will probably clean it up a bit and make it look not as scratchy.

I love how this looks a little scratchy and a little harsh in some places, and how you shaded the eyes so the just barely seem to be open. The way the shine on the hair sort of fades into the background makes it look kind of ethereal, too, which is really cool...

I like the almost sketchy look of this peice even though it's obviously had a lot of effort put into it.
I acn find very little wrong with this picture except that the hair seems ever so slightly off, a background, even just a slightly lighter grey one, would also have helped this peice, it would helped the highlights in the hair stand out a bit more

How do you get such brushes with a pencil(as in his cloth)? And do you blur the drawing with your fingers?

I used to blur my drawings with my fingers, but now I get those blending sticks you find at art stores
