Always gives me warm fuzzies seeing talented artists getting credit where it's due. Kudos!

It's a screenshot as stated under the art category, so he isn't claiming he created the picture.
Btw, this wallpaper is all over the net on numerous wallpaper sites and this user is using it for personal use, not commercial or stating that he created it. Maybe you should go after the one that created this wallpaper initially and all the wallpaper sites that posted this picture if you want to go after people for copyright abuse.

even if this wallpaper is all over the net
you are on deviantart
and here we give credit to the owner
just because people dont do it, it doesnt mean its ok to dont give credit
Β Β
the correct thing is to give credit even if people dont do it
he SHOULD give him credit
after all he create it

Again, this wallpaper is all over the wallpaper sites. He didn't create it and he doesn't need to give credit for it since it is a screenshot.
Please state which dA rule did he break? I'm curious to know now.

Don't see anything about screenshots. Please do tell exactly how the copyright policy affects screenshots Mr. Copyright Lawyer.
You don't need to give credit for screenshots.

You must be an immature kid. No surprise. Love your grammar too!
"What if someone does that to YOUR drawings"
Really, a desktop screenshot? If someone does that to one of my drawings what can I do about anyways? Hire a lawyer to go after people using pictures for their desktop wallpapers and post some screenshots of it on the internet for people to see? It's one thing turning someone's pictures into wallpapers and posting it on the internet, and it's another for someone to show a screenshot of their desktop with icons and taskbars. Maybe you don't understand the difference. Who knows how kids today think nowadays.
"You need to give credit idiot."
I'm still waiting for that dA screenshot credit thing you keep mentioning since you think you are some sort of copyright lawyer. If you cannot give me some sort of relevant link or article, then maybe you are the fool.

Nope, not inmature
and for my grammar, do you realize that not everyone speak english as their mother tongue?
Β
ehh..what else to say...you seem very stupid to understand rules, so.
i guess im just going to keep saying
just because everyone do this, doesnt make it good
also, the WHOLE copyright rule applies to this..
you understand what copyright is right?
ahh true kids today
tomorrow will be something along the lines
ohh but everyone steals and nobody says anything!!! why is this baD!!!!??

Yet again, I'm still waiting for that dA screenshot credit thing you keep mentioning since you think you are some sort of copyright lawyer.
Silly kid. Can't tell the difference between a screenshot and copyright laws.

Here it is if you would like!Β www.wallpapervortex.com/wallpaβ¦
Oh you will never go back. Least that is how I was. I started off with Fedora when I first tried Linux. Then my first installation on my computer was Ubuntu. I had taken some college classes and had a desire to experiment and learn more. I was also interested in a more lightweight set up. So I went with XUbuntu and fell in love with xfce. Definitely my favorite desktop manager! ^_^
Then my Elfen Lied computer on my page I put xubuntu 8.04 and started learning more. That is when I found out about arch and wanted to take the challenge. I will admit it is hard at first. It had taken me countless hours to install it the first time. But seriously I learned more than I ever have about Linux from arch. You really understand your whole OS and everything you put into it. I actually just put Linux Mint on my other computer for variety and I find that I quite like it!Β
If you have a desire to learn more about Linux than I can suggest no better option to really getting into it! You can completely customize it to whatever you want.Β
For example this is my Arch on my main computer with xfce:Β apocalypse1413.deviantart.com/β¦
Here are the two guides that were crucial to helping me learn. I followed these to get me up and running:
wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bβ¦
lifehacker.com/5680453/build-aβ¦
The best part is just looking at all the window managers and desktop environments you can choose from! I guess the next step would be creating your own but I'm not there yet
It is rewarding and I say just go for it if you have an expendable hard drive to practice! You can install Arch on anything
