Another Naruto OC for Kagomes ninja squad things, this one an Akatsuki agent member... thingie
her partner is yet to be said 
Shes from mountain village 
If you discribed her in two words, they would be: Human and Succubus as shes human and thanks to genjutsu she permanetly has on which effects many men and occasional women. Does not effect children.
Well a bit of info about her charm genjutsu, its an ocular power, like sharingan and byakugan, its charm effect effects anyone whos orientation is women.
Sadly it cant be turned off a will so she wears a blindfold in public to not use the ability and when she does use it she can and will (if needed) go "all the way" on someone just to end up killing them or if shes simply bored.

The Aiyoku visual keikei genkai. A hypnotic jutsu that makes those do whatever the user says. Can onlywork on those of the opposite sex of the user. However, there are some that are much stronger and more complex of this jutsu. For example, Kashin's sister, Taian, can affect men and even some women.
