Yey a new character
Still not come up with a name, of course that is the hard part
but the important to say:
By the presence of Shashi on a different "dimension", to make things more easy, was sent an "ambassador" to make the diplomacy between the two dimensions
He is serious, he knows that his job he might be serious
but of course he would make a more welcoming face when have the free time to

Mmmh like the way you present the character, still rough but giving an image of what's going to come.
Guessing this is from some sort of desert people? Or like desert society, judging by it's clothing style.
And I directly would like to adress that I love the clothing. It fits the body color and the simple styling is downright awesome. The golden jewelry has a beautiful contrast to the purplistic background and that is simple amazing. His interesting biology is also a plus, with it's 4 arms and purplish body, it's interesting.
What could you improve?
My knowledge goes not far in terms of humans and I think this one is anatomically correct in every way. I just would like to compliment you and that's all I can I suppose.

Well he is based on hindu culture but I can rrlate the mistake I often do same when look deep into their vestuary
