I made a new school uniform because my new school's going to have no uniforms... LOL, and I change hairpin's icon thingy all the time OuO
LOL, the 2 pins on her skirt are the "character items" from my other 2 OC's, Cat (Mochi) and Toma the Tomato (Bomi)
Also, I would prefer if you would draw her than my other OC's in art trades/gift art ;w;
Ahh, I hope I'm getting better with the gradients.. And I would like some constructive critisism. LOL, I'm aware of the bad hand *fail*

Okay, i can give you some CC.
first off the coloring and lineart looks very nice. all the colors are blended well and the gradients look nice. i also like the effects you do on the background, the halftone dot thingies. 
well this is a problem i notice with alllll of your drawings, the anatomy is a bit blocky and rigid. the human body, even in manga form, is more curved especially on female characters such as this one. for the wrists, knees, and elbows you should make them more curved in/concave. if youre having trouble with these things you should look at an anatomy book, or even looking in the mirror will be really helpful.
in college i learned about the structure of the body - it is "fluid" if they are not standing straight up, like at an "S" shape. there is a thing called contraposture which means that whatever angle the shoulders are at, the hips will be at an opposite angle. This applies to ALL aspects of the body. the only time when there is no contraposture on the body is when the person is standing straight up. you should keep that in mind for the other drawings you do of fullbody, it really helps me in drawing cuz i understand how the body curves more.
on this picture, the head is too big compared to the torso. the arms look a bit long and the legs are a bit skinny. i suggest curving the thighs some more, even if you have already added shading, it gives them depth if you shape it correctly.
overall this is a good pic, theres a few points i think you should keep working on but keep drawing!!!!
