about flowers..i would make the big ones a lil more detailed...otherelse tehre is no meaning in putting them in BG...skin and eyes are nice..but you neeed to work more on hairs in my eyes...they lack shadows in my opinion...i could give you links to hair tutorials....if you want to..

the eyes look kinda...dull. Maybe add some more life to them, it really helps to even add a little dot in the eye. Try it out!
