When I took a first look at this I thought you've merely combined Blitzwing's and Megatron's DNA but, lol...
Anyway, I like the fact you used a WWII tank as a vehicle mode (a german one, too!). StuG is a good choice (Although Panther was the greatest one around.).
But, hell, those teeth are scary.
