This cute little guy is Kuroi... Nekomi's older brother. I decided I needed to finally make a character design for him. He's Nice, sweet, and a goofball. He enjoys picking on Nekomi and his friends. Nyaaa... I can't think of anything else to say!Done with Micron pens, Prismacolor and Tria markers.
