Edit: I just removed the temporary signature and "filler" values so people without Photoshop can edit it...
I just finished this, my own template for the "DeviantART License of Deviation".
This has been created absolutely and 100% from scratch.
The portrait has been fitted for Deviant Avatars.
For the "Deviant No.", this is how you find out yours:
If you post a comment on your own profile, you will see a date of post like "2 Days ago.", In that link you will see 3 sets of numbers like "/4/13653363/1553005040".
The number you want is the second set, it is 8 numbers long.
The number above that you would want is "13653363".

The only other think I ask, is that you please support me and leave the "Approved by LightMystic" as it is, thus under the (CC) license.

I made it a while ago but I decided I should remove the "filler" content so people without photoshop can use the preview image to make their license too... Cause the Non-Photoshop users deserve a little lovin' too
