It's funny that until I was 14, I always did my sketches in pen, and everybody kept saying it's a bad thing.
Now, I can barely do a sketch without my eraser :/

LOL aww.
I find it a challenge to do art in pen, it makes you want to make it even more perfect, knowing that you cannot erase. It's a good practice.

Yes.. back the I used to draw simple characters, but now I get stuck in many details and stuff. Maybe it's time to do pen sketches again.

And I hate when tv shows are all wrong xD
It's like, come on! There is this thing called the internet, where you can do free research and get real facts instead of.. Well, myths. lol

For me, the most interesting fact about thylacines is that they extincted only a "few years" ago. I mean, the most extincted animals we know lived at least thousands of years ago. So some people who are still living today, lived to see the last thlacine die. And they couldn't even help to save this species. Or maybe didn't want to? I don't know, I haven't looked into that subject that much. But it's a shame. And deep inside, I hope that there's still living one or two examples in the Jungle of australia. I mean, who knows? Lately they found a whole new species of a spider, wich wasn't very small, so it's a little miracle that it haven't been found earlier. Plus a huge area of jungle and especially the sea aren't explored yet. So who know's if there aren't species we don't know yet/thought to be extincted though they aren't...

Tt actually really helps me with anatomy. A LOT. Because I don't spend enormous amounts of time on how something curves or etc I focus on shapes then go in later if I want to.
It's made me feel really good about my art where as before I was a very sour person over my work thus is why I never post. But I'm growing as an artist and a person. I'm really enjoying simple things like this where as before all I had was frustration.
