I commissioned Chase Conley, known here as Saintchase, for this illustration of the heroine of my upcoming novel, Woman of the Woods. Her name is Sadatina. She is accompanied by her 'sisters.' She is a demon hunter and priestess.Related content

Hey, saw this on hangaroundtheweb, design & art inspirations for the day. Truly stunning. I'm wondering, since I'm also aspiring to make such projects with Photoshop, did you get/make all the needed files yourself? Or did you loan others freely usable, uncopyrighted stocks? Either way, this is marvellous and I think it should be featured as much places as possible. Thank you for this.

Oh I see! I did check his artworks out and asked him on "Sadantina" which the commision is called. Thank you anyway for linking me to such a talented person. Just took a look in your gallery as well. AMAZING. How do you guys become as talented as this? I have 2/3+ years of education in design, communication and production in media, advanced studies, but I still can't seem to make such eye-gazming treats as you. I have mostly made posters and shot average photos alongside websites I have made and such. I feel like I'm missing out on the creative art-side. Any help is appreciated.

I can't really say. I'm a writer. All the images you see are based on characters I created for stories or novels. I commission artists to do the drawings for my book covers or whatever. I do know it takes natural talent and hard work. I have a few artists in my family so I've seen the process evolve.
