I love that game. In short, if you play, the drell have skin oils that give hallucinations, that's what I think of Turians (although I love Garrus, he and Joker are my peeps), and Jacob is too funny - what with saying he's not good enough for Miranda, but ok for Shepard.Anyway, they're property of Bioware, EA, and Microsoft.
