Description
The sixteenth and final "Cartoon Cartoon", the second of two spin-offs from Grim and Evil (first being The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy), and created by Maxwell Atoms.Hector Con Carne is a playboy, crime lord, and evil genius with only one ultimate desire; taking over the world and the League of Nations. During one of his attempts, he is caught in an explosion initiated by his nemesis, Cod Commando, which resulted in several of his body parts being scattered across the world. His brain and stomach were found and recovered by struggling mad scientist Major Doctor Ghastly and were placed into two separate containers which are connected to a Russian circus bear named Boskov resulting in him having almost total control of the bear. Hector, along with his henchmen Major and his military leader General Skarr now not only need to conquer the world, but recover his body parts.
