the tumbnail for this looks so ugly =/

having a go at doing 1920s to 1930s style portraiture... technically colour was a luxery but i wanted to also work with natural skin.

i think i've finally got Violets appearance down, i always have issues when i know what i want a character to look like but can never get it exactly right.... i've had this issue with her for 6 years... makes me feel kind of inadequate as an artist but heyho
