This is me procrastinating because i can't get claudia's face right in the comic page i'm doing right now ¬_¬Only thing i can think of is how weird it must be to have blood between your toes >.>

because hes a fun subject to draw! I got bored with the piercings so just ended up making them random. All Characters from The L.I comic series belong to myself. Please do not copy, steal images or claim them as your own or i will end you.

An interesting piece. The body alterations give the character a unique sort of feel that makes me a touch curious about his nationality and/or race. The piece is certainly evocative and draws the viewer's interest in this type of work. The character is attractive and the pose carries with it a good consistency of theme that seems to match actions, stance and facial expression.
Technique is good, but there is a bit of an issue when we hit the joints in particular. The head seems slightly low (or the trapezoids pronounced beyond natural levels for the position of the arms) and the elbow joints in particular feel... it's hard to quite say how they feel a bit disjointed, but they do feel slightly dislocated from the main part of the arm. The legs are better. I think what might be happening might be that you wanted a flush view of the back of the forearms but also the inside of the biceps, and I'm not 100% sure how naturally appearing the line that crosses down from the forearms on the inside looks, going fully to the base of the arm as it does.
Small technical matters aside, it's a pretty piece, and I think you've got the emotional imagery that you craved here pretty solidly.

i understand what you mean about the arms - i always have issues with this kind of position however its one of those things that i know somethings not right but i can never pinpoint.
however with dameons body i feel theres always something unusual about it - because he's not entirely human i like the idea that movement/generaly behaviour of him is always unusual.
i'm glad it gives impact ^-^ dameon is a character that has an air of menace that i try to put across in my works of him.
