Very well done. Anatomy and muscle tone from the waist down are spot on. If I squint I could mistake that part for a photograph. The arm, hand, and face are also well rendered. The hair looks somewhat blurred and clumpy, though I can't tell if that's a problem with the image or the scaling down to the size it's posted at here. The main problem area is the front of the ribcage, which looks oddly concave and has the breasts placed too high up.
Overall though, this is excellent work.
