Very nice ! I would have put the first verse instead of the third, I mean in reverse, to increase the element of surprise. Like you read about the yellow and wonder what it is, then some seconds you read the last line

That's an interesting suggestion and, I think, one of the scenarios I was contemplating when writing it. In the end I settled for this one. Just think it reads nicer. Probably could make it work with some punctuation though
