I will be making my own versions, but I'd like to see what other people can come up with.

(I did this from memory during the build and just slapped a reference for you guys to see what I was building xD I made a few misconceptions but I think it looks like one so I'm pretty happy! It has a bit of a personal flair to it.)
Challenge accepted and happily executed! The Mil-24 is my fave attack chopper! ^.^
All stock except the rotors.
Notes:
-I think it's a little too high off the ground with its gear down
-KSP parts' size jumps do not help with the aesthetics
-I don't have BD armoury so fear the girder cannon
-Was great fun to make!

Rotor diametre looks really weird, not much you can do about it I guess. Extra points if you can somehow fit IR exhaust suppressors on the Kilmovs

Sure yours doesn't have the cleanest likes or the most accurate weapons, but It dose showcase the main points of the design like the down-turned stub wings, the thick, barrel fuselage, and twin intakes and of course the duel bubble canopy.
To me, that's what replications are about, getting the feel of the craft and the 'fingerprint' design aspects.
