Description
This set of four pictures is a follow-up to the Staff Tai Chi; however, they are more recent and done with a small blue ball, not a staff. I did not have a chance to complete the form, as I had actually forgotten most of it.

Shortly I will attempt to perform the form with no props so you can see the hand positions.

It's also worth noting that Tai Chi is the same martial art form used to create the Waterbending moves in Avatar: the Last Airbender. Hopefully some of my fellow AtLA fans will find uses for these.
