I'm so jealous that you can draw such awesome poses DX I can draw stationary characters, but any action poses I can't do DX

I just had a lot...and I mean a LOT.. of practice. XD
I'm currently working on a shounen manga afterall... I have to learn action poses and stances this otherwise it wouldn't be shounen at all.

O.O oh my lol I'm not but it could be a possible side effect XD I actually started writing out Kismet in manga/doujin form, but It's far too long for me to handle right now lol I need more practice as a mangaka first

That response was so flashy, it crashed my sucky internet connection. HAHAHAHAHA.
THANK YOU.
Though...as I look at it... it seems I forgot to highlight a lot of parts.
and the bow looks all screwy and wobbly..(i suck at at parallel lines...)

Internet crasher.
your welcome.
But still, it looks perfect. Specially the standing style. Not sure if that is called standing
Didn't you use a ruler?

well..i am kind if happy with the pose. haha
thinking of what stance to take took most of my time in drawing it.
i'd need a french curve for those lines..I don't have one with me unfortunately.
but I still prefer freeform over straight lines..

i never see that before. The only "curve" ruler for a student like me is the precise protractor. For math.

looks useful. But i prefer drawing with bare hand. I love seeing those sketch lines. It look somehow...beautiful...

I completely understand what you mean. Rough sketches have their own charm. Sometimes it's a shame to erase them for final lines. hehe

Drawing rough sketch makes me feel like i'm an artist
But i'll use ruler if i must.(drawing sword, bow, gun,...)
