I was thinking: What thing in nature slows down time? Gravity. what has awesome gravitational pulls? Big planets, stars...black holes. SHE SUMMONS A BLACK HOLE!!! XD
It probably should be a star but...no. OK, so this is one of those time manipulation spells that monsters can cast! Black hole-darkness...see? Fun.
There's a lesson here. Piss off Lina Inverse you get blasted with a dragon slave...piss off Luna Inverse and you get sucked into oblivion. Enjoy.

This has to be the most amazing summoning spell I've seen! Now I can see why Xellos was so worried... heck, I'm a little worried myself. It's great... so long as Luna can keep it in control. If she can't... *shudder*
