My girlfriend Niki took this photo for her portfolio.Her Sister Sarah did some makeup on me for the shoot.

Your girlfriend did well with this one. If she ever re-shoots, or wants to re-shoot, or even has an original uncropped version...
General rule of thumb is to not chop off body parts, especially near joints, like your toes. The hand is acceptable, but since you see part of your foot, you should see all of it, usually.
Arm is okay also b/c she cut it off between your hand and elbow, which is fine and dandy to do.
