One of the most horrifically cruel rulers ever, Vlad Drakula held sway over Wallachia with an iron fist. However, her was betrayed by his own brother, and his cruelty sent him straight to Hell. Days later, Radu was found dead, and Vlad was sitting on his throne as always, leading to rumors that the Impaler had clawed his way out of Hell. From then on, Drakula has not only been ruling Wallachia in secret, but his Hellish mutations soon led to the birth of the Vampire race. Drakula's cruelty, in both the past and the present, is so legendary that even the mere utterence of his name makes vampires wet themselves on the spot.

Vampires are a bi-societal race. Some get along with humans while others don't, but the higher ranking vampires are most likely to look down upon humans. Contrary to popular belief, only sunlight works on vampires. The only other ways to kill them is to either impale the heart or lungs long enough for regenration to fail, completely destroy the head. However, it should be noted that younger vampires and dhampirs can be killed with simple beheadings. The reason crosses don't work is because the demons of Hell are more like wardens, so there are really no Devils to allign with as the only evil people in Hell are the mortals who go there when they die, since Hell is strictly for the irrideemable.

Artist's Note: As the name indicates, this character is largely based on the real live Dracula, who really ruled over Wallachia. While Radu ruled after him, there's no evidence to support that he had a hand in Vlad's murder. I only replaced the C with a K in Drakul because of an episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

I tried to stay as far away from the traditional count as possible, hence the armor and giant blades.
