Casual reminder that Loki is canonically genderfluid and bi xD(to be confirmed in the movies, but like, the Lady Loki era, which started his journey in the comics, was post ragnarok as well
and in the movies neither his sexual orientation nor his gender were important to the plot so far, so let's simply assume that they didn't change anything from the comics (just like we'd do with every other character) until they confirm whether or not they actually did)

On my God I finally found you! I can't even express how much I love this drawing. I originally was it as a report on Pinterest, but the idiot didn't include credit, and I've been searching ever since. I literally plotting to do a cosplay of this drawing once I have a Loki costume. It seems like Straczynski probably meant the entire Lady Loki era to go down in the record asΒ a trick, but the Marvel powers-that-be must have seen the fan-response and were like 'well shit, we gotta do that now!' But if it was an accident, it was certainly a happy accident and I am glad for it.
Although the 'Marvel Universe' cartoon verse completely disregards any and all explicitly stated romance/sexuality/gender (from what I've seen, there are absolutely no romantic relationships anywhere in the universe) when Loki uses a disguise to spread discord, it's a lady-disguise. They tend to do a lot of subtle-to-not-subtle allusions to both the main comic universe and the 90s video game universe.
