This latest masterpiece is a remake of an older tickle request, Talbain in the Foot Salon: [link] Which also features the original story for the picture.

As Talbain, in his human form, casually walked into the foot salon that Felicia told him about, he found that there was no one around. As he checked the note again that was from Felicia, it told him that a special surprise was waiting for him in the back room. So when Talbain opened the door that lead down a short hallway, he pondered of why Felicia kept on bugging about going to such a place. Aside from intense training, he usually kept his feet in good condition. But he might as well see what she was talking about.
Talbain reached the door at the end of the hallway and what he found inside was a reclinable massage chair in the middle of the room. He found another note explaining the functions of the chair. "The chair is set to be sensitive operated, so in order to start it up, please remove your shoes and socks, as well as your shirt for maximum comfort, and simply sit back and relax, as the machine-operated chair will automatically give you feet a pedicure that you will never forget."
As he finished reading the note, Talbain sighed and reluctantly started to remove his shoes and shirt, leaving him bare-chested and barefoot. He came over to the chair and sat down in the currently un-reclined chair. After several seconds, he heard a buzzing sound and felt the chair recline back abit and lifted his feet up into the air.
Talbain then waited for something to happen, but suddenly two leather straps came out from under the armrests and tightly wrapped around his wrists. Talbain had no time to react as two other straps wrapped around his ankles. Talbain roared in anger as he transformed in to his werewolf form in seconds. He struggled and pulled on the straps but for some reason, he couldn't break them. Suddenly, more leather straps came out from different parts of the chair and restrained his neck, chest, waist, and legs.
Talbain was now struggling relentlessly against the surprisingly strong leather straps, which he then felt something familiar coming from the straps, it sensed as if the straps had some sort of silver coating inside of them that was making him weaker. But Talbain attention quickly turned to the end of the leg rest as he noticed two mechanical tentacles coming up from the end of the leg-rest which was leading to a metal box attached underneath the legrest. The two hose-like appendages then started to spray streams of water down onto his toes. Talbain was now starting to get very confused, if the machine was going to really give him a foot cleaning, why was he being restrained.
Talbain giggled and wiggled his toes a little as the water sprint from the hoses tickled abit. But then he started to feel a stronger bit of sensitivity at his heels as if something was brushing against them. As the brushing got faster, Talbain started to giggle more and pull against the restraint abit. He then noticed that two more appendages were coming up from the box, with two circular brushes this time. As the brushes started up, they started brushing up and down Talbain middle soles, which sent the werewolf in to howling laughter. Talbain was starting to sweat and struggle harder against the restraints, but the straps hardly gave him an inch to move.
As Talbain struggled, laughed and growled at his strange predicament, he noticed two more appendages with toothbrushes emerged from the box. Talbain knew inside of what was going to happened next. He desperately pulled at the restraints holding down his lower body, but he could only watch helplessly as the toothbrushes came closer to his feet. Without hesitation, the toothbrushes scrubbed back and forth against Talbain's toes.
The werewolf was now in hysterics, howling in pure ticklish agony as the wicked appendages mercilessly scrub and tickle his poor feet. As sweat was dripping off Talbain's upper body, tears were pouring out of his eyes, Talbain didn't know how long he could last against such a evil pedicure.

Several blocks away at a beauty parlor, Felicia was having her own pedicure. "Ah, nothing like a nice foot cleaning to start the day. I do so hope that Talbain got my note for that special salon, I just hope that the service there is good enough to clean those yellow toenails of his?"
