Biography:
After moving to town to prove to his parents that he could take care of himself, he heard rumors of all these gangs. It turned out not to be a rumor; there was three gangs that all seemed blood-thirsty. Though there name was probably the least frightening or intimidating, Chase took notice in the 'Rabbits'. He'd seen news report and news report over and over about. He wouldn't risk running into these guys. If he was going to be protected, he'd have to join them. He'd have to join what in his mind was the most villainous gang of them all; the Rabbits. He waited in places where they were apparently seen; waiting for them; waiting for those who would take him from what he knew of himself.

Now he'd be a criminal.
