I said it before and I say it again, there aren't enough fan-arts of Makoto and Elena bound and gagged out there, even solo ones.
I love both characters for different reasons (I like playing as Makoto cause her punches are just sick hard; and even tho I don't like playing that much with Elena, I just love her look and enjoy to watch her moves), so this is like birthday and Christmas in the same day for me. Needless to say, both look great, the pose is fine, the ropework seems to be firm, secure and neat looking, the otm gags fit nicely to the whole setting, both look hot, and I swear you're drawing the poses for the feet better and better each time, cause they look great, specially Makoto's.
