This is Katie Jett Cheetah. My second OC from the Sonic Universe and one of the Main Characters from my First Sonic Fanfic: There Goes the Hood.

History -
Katie’s history has mostly been a fun long and life loving journey (To her at least) of adventure it always seems like she goes anywhere and has a lot of fun. She can be a pervert herself at times and if caught up in the moment can lose her train of though.

About 3 years ago she joined up with the GBA (Not Game boy Advance!) Green Buster Agency to have fun training in her Martial Arts, beating up bad guys and just plan old having fun. She was an orphan growing up only thing she had and is still her most prized possession is a golden locket with a picture of a male and a female cheetah and a little girl cheetah between the 2 smiling. Her parents, which one day she wants to find.

She was living at the Westopolis Orphanage owned by Ms. Redding Baker, Katie‘s ‘Mother‘ who raised her as best she could, when the time came, she had to leave the orphan then she decided build her self a new life and forget her past and try find her parents but of course she needed money to do so.

So she began traveling the world, she was in great shape so taking her skills became interested in fighting and exercise. After this she started to train in Martial arts and other fighting styles while traveling. She became so good she began to exercise more and more and she was able to tap into her Super Strength (As strong as Shadow!) she also tapped into her natural ability to run at super speeds (Almost as fast as Sonic and Shadow!) and even tapped into her body’s Chi-like wind and electric energies as well.

As she got more into this she one day was walking in Japan then there was a robbery taking place with hostages and knowing how bad the situation was, she used her skills and stopped the burglars and got a huge cash reward. From there she be came a vigilante stopping any Evildoing anywhere.

When she came across Devin Blake (Agent Green) which was about a year later there was a use drug smuggling operation in South Bay City at the time she though he was working with the bad guys after a fight between the 2 they saw that they were both trying to stop the operation then they teamed up and wiped out the whole operation.

From there Agent Green made her into a GBA agent and from there She became a freelance type so she could search for her parents, and the rest is history. She acts almost like Tucuya, goes anywhere and have fun and protect those weaker and less fortunate then herself.

Personality -
Tomboyish, Funny, Air headed, Is very forward, Kind, Sometimes makes friends in weird ways, Acts too perverted at times, Acts childish sometimes but is Mature when the situation calls for it. Motherly at times. Gets too involved in things (a little gullible).

Katie’s special Abilities - Each character has Abilities that are in Levels like RPGs or just a special ability only. 1 being the lowest and 3 is the highest. And no these can’t be upgraded unless something happens to that character (Tails Inventions, Emeralds, ect)

Super Speed (Lv. 3) - Nearly as fast as Sonic.

Super Strength (Lv. 3) - Can lift up to 1000 lbs and still use all of the above abilities while carrying the weight.

Combination Energy User - Has the ability to use 2 elements and combine them or substitute them within attacks.

Wind Element Energy User - Using the ability to throw Wind energies.

Electric Element Energy User - Using the ability to throw or surround herself (Aura) with Electrical energies.

Street Fighter Abilities - Can use a few Street Fighter Special and Super Combo moves from a few characters.

Fighting Style - Mixed Martial arts, Grappling/Wrestling/Submission.

Electrical Resistance (Lv. 3) – Will take a total of 10% damage from Electrical attacks

Katie's Special Moves - (Special Moves are divided into categories. (V) Velocity Special - this is a Super Combo move like Street Fighter Alpha‘s Lv. 1 Special Combo. (UV) Ultimate Velocity Special - Same as the Velocity Special except its upgraded to Lv. 2 Special Combo. (CD) Chaos Death - The Maximum Special Combo attack but can only be used while in a Super Form. (Please note there are other special attacks but these are the characters favorite moves to use.)

Special Attack Calls: Jet, Wind, Shock (Ex: Jet Burst, Shock Shot)

Jet Burst - Leaning forward with both hands extended out she throw out a powerful gust of wind that doesn’t damage anything but can blow heavy objects away or knock over things.

Wind Slice - In a horizontal chopping motion she throws out a crescent shape Wind element energy projectile.

Tornado Hold - Punching the ground she releases a multi slash combo tornado that traps the enemies and gets hit by mini versions of the Wind Slice. 10 - 15 slash combo.

Bolt Shot - Throwing a swing punch she throws a Ryu fireball sized electrical energy ball from her balled up fist. On impact, stunning and damaging the object leaving them open to attacks.

Feedback - Similar to Tucuya’s Backfire, She grabs the enemy and sends her electrical energy into the enemy shocking them causing a lot of damage then doing anything she wants to them as they are stunned.

Rollin’ Thunder (V) - In the same motion like the Tornado Hold she punches the ground with enough strength to split the ground open and releasing a Lightning Bolt shockwave that continues to travel along the ground until it hit an object electrocuting it with massive damage.

Shocking Blockbuster (UV) – (Can be done close or far away.) She rushes at the enemy and grabs them with one hand and spins them around like a windmill while doing electrical damage to them. She then jumps into the air and jumps up after them grabs them and does a spinning pile driver to them. When she lands she creates an electrical shockwave from the ground shocking not only the person she slamed but if anyone is in range of the huge shockwave.

Emerald Abilities - Depending on what emeralds she uses she gain new abilities. When she has all 7 she becomes Super Katie.

Note: Katie can only use the Chaos Emeralds. (but there might be a special ability for using all the Sol Emeralds together. This will be explained later on within the story.)

Yellow - Electrical element attack increases 100 fold
cyan - Wind element attack increases 100 fold
All the other emeralds increases strength 3 fold
With any emerald she can increase the size of any part of her body. (But she’ll never do it to her stomach!)

Electrical Typhoon (CD) - Moving into a position like the Jet Burst, she throw a out a Spinning Horizontal Tornado, similar to Megaman X’s Storm Tornado but has the properties of the Tornado Hold except the Wind Slices are in their full version with an electrical element added. 40 -50 slash combo then dashes and gives the enemy an Electrical clothesline while they are still in mid air.
