haha, I think Bulma has two states: overly excited or ticked off...and I don't know if you have ever driven in Boston (my guess would be no) but it is enough to tick anyone off!

true, I don't think Boston is very unique there...the difference between say Boston and New York City is that in NYC you know you are going to get cut off or parked in or whatever, where as in Boston only about two thirds of the drivers are like that while the other two thirds are really mystery meat...lots of out of towners who come in to do business or go to school or visit their children in school and there is no f'n way to tell what those people are going to do...lots stopping in the middle of intersections and right blinkers for left turns, etc.

This one difference, though. Boston has the most colleges and therefor students of any city in the entire world. I believe the city balloons by more than 200,000 non-residents each semester. It is a much easy place to drive in the summer and during the holidays...there is no other place like that in the world.
