I told everyone I was obsessed with Street Fighter...Especially Street Fighter IV
So I decided to make Stinger's game be cel shaded, like No More Heroes or Street Fighter IV
How do you think I did coloring him?
Does it look Cel shaded?
How about compared to SF IV?
