Mom has been wanting a Joker for a while. So I re-did dmthompson.deviantart.com/art/…Wasn't sure if it would ever turn out and almost ended up tossing it. But I stuck with it and ended up being pretty happy with it.
Added the boarder after I scanned it because it just felt like it was missing something. Was going to give it a black background but she wanted it kept white.
