Zoinks, the crowd is going wild about Shaggy; turning a scrawny, cowardly dude into a badass beast! Not tp mention that the Scooby-Doo fandom made of petition to add Shaggy into the Mortal Kombat game.I decided to draw Shaggy to look more badass by giving some Goku-esque powerup form, just like Ultra Instinct.
