Something I did for fun, saisyu's 98 appearance was using his kof 95 for the inbetweens in his animations so I thought
why not update them and add a few more in there for smoothness.

Really good animation! I've was wondered with if those choppy animations were because they were rushed or they were trying to balance the frame data.

It had to be rushed
there's other characters in there like rugal that had edited sprites from yamazaki to fill in the gaps.
