Its just a stamp of Louis from the 2009 Disney Movie "The Princess and the Frog".

He's a nervous, high strung, but friendly alligator who can play a trumpet quite well.

Buuuuut if you're a Louis fan, you already know this.

My grandma and I were watching the, it was her first time watching it.

*Louis appears and we are watching*
Her:... is that supposed to be a hippo?
me: >_>! No, he's an alligator!
Her: but why is he so fat? o_o

It refers to Left 4 Dead, if you pick up a Pills item, one of the characters, named Louis, shouts "PILLS HERE!"
