So for whatever reason, I lost the setup I had made up when my drive had to do a scan. So I had to recreate it somewhat. I couldn't be bothered recreating everything.So here we are. K. Rool gloating over Dixie. Let me tell you, Preording K. Rool's amiibo was such a surreal experience. I never thought it would happen.
I have nothing against Chrom. Dixie's just salty. But it is funny how, clone characters got an official name and suddenly everybody loves them. I was going to have K. Rool say it, but it worked out having Dixie say it. But seriously Roy and Lucia are clones/echos of Marth. With Chrom an echo of Roy he's a clone of a clone. Still, Chrom was apparently a popular pick so I'm sure they are fans who are happy. too bad Chrom couldn't rub it in Viridi's face...
I'd perfer Dixie not be an echo of Diddy if she gets into the next game. But then if she does with a few tweaks I'm sure I'll be happy anyway.
The gold plate on K. Rool's chest is armor. One of K. Rool's creators said so on Twitter. That's why his counter's so powerful!
And don't worry, Dixie escaped the cage before Galeem wiped out the world. I have ALOT of ideas for the World of Light opening, but I dunno if I'll do them. I mean we don't see what happened to over half the fighters so we can fill the gaps if we wanted to right? I like to imagine K. Rool actually bounced one beam off with his Gut Check move before another got him.
And K. Rool calling Bayonetta "Bayonet" is not a typo. K. Rool may have said he let go but I'm sure he's still miffed she got in from the Ballot over him.

I'm definitely someone who stopped getting upset over clones. They're easier to make and give the roster some extra padding. And yeah, what the heck! I was so excited for Chrom to show up and rub it in to Viridi's face, but nothing of the sort happened!! What a letdown... Though uh, from what I can see, Chrom is an absolute monster ingame. I'm sure he's satisfied. Turns out Captain Falcon was trying to save us when he stopped Chrom from being a fighter!
With that nice reference at the start of the comic, I ended up reading K. Rool's dialogue with his cartoon voice in my head, lol. It works pretty well.

Well I do base K. Rool off his cartoon version most of the time when I write his dialogue. So that might explain why it fits so well!

I guess Dixie's only consolation is that her spirit has a high power level, but I do hope she gets into the game someday.

Dixie is pretty good. Poor Kiddie has to share with her enhanced form though.

I agree, Dixie has way too much potential to be an echo. Her ponytail alone could allow her to have an unique move set.

Yeah, like you could have it like Isabelle where she has some similar moves. But She has a lot to draw from.
The fact DK still doesn't throw barrels as part of his move-set is baffling.
