Done on paper with colour pencils.
All 11 doctors from Doctor Who anime-ized, at the time I drew this I based the facial style on Hetalia.

I boosted the colour a little on my edit, gave it a little zing.
My apologies Davison is tiny, he's my least favourite doctor, not seen as many of his episodes and nearly forgot.

And the reason Two is in centre?.... no reason. I just drew him first then decided to add them all in, he has no huge signifigance in this other than that.
