This is so nicely drawn! The only thing I don't like about it is the shirt...the harsh folds make it seem like many pieces of fabric layered on top of each other. Otherwise, everything's great. The face if very expressive, the snow is pretty, the hair is nicely detailed, and the hand is drawn well, too. (but a little small)
Overall, I really like it!

I don't understand what you mean with the shirt though. It is meant to be layered fabrics because I wanted to do a slightly different take on her clothes, is that what you're referring to?

I really love the background. It's wonderfully drawn to perfectly convey the bleak and desolate feelings showing through Ukraine's expression.
All in all, this is beautiful.
