"There is no rebellion in Milliny." These words were said by none other than the previous Advisor of Internal Affairs for Milliny.

As guards and military fought tooth and nail to squash unrest. As at times blocks burned. As men and women sang of the fall of the Millinian elite and the Lord & Lady Yeruh.

These words, despite the lie so obvious in them, would still be taken to heart by the citizens of Milliny. No one at first would understand why Caelion told such a bold-faced lie once the rebellion did come knocking, but Caelion very much so had purpose in in his words. He could not lie. He did not lie. There was never a rebellion in Milliny.

"Far from it. What are but rabble-rousers than exactly that? I tell no lies, friend. I state things for what they are, even if there are those who would bloat the corpse of dead beliefs."
