I met a wonderful deviant by the name of . She admitted to being obsessed with mermaids, filling much of her bedroom with pictures of them (as shown in her gallery). I knew I’d get along with her and it worked! She faved my second set of Birthstone Mermaids and joined the Mermaids Club (which I invited her to). She also has a birthday today, and I can’t think of a better gift for her than a portrait of her as a mermaid. After all, gifts you make are more meaningful than gifts you purchase.

I enjoy swimming, and after getting a magical charm from King Triton, my love for swimming was magnified. It allows me to become a merman, and I can stay underwater indefinitely! I met so many wonderful mermaids, but this one caught my attention near a sunken ship. She was swimming ahead of two sharks, and they looked hungry. They chased the mermaid with relentless vigor, and I had to do something. I swam between them and drew my sword. “Back off you scum or I’ll make shark fin soup outta you!”

The mermaid fled behind a rock. The sharks charged toward me, and I cut them town with a few slashes, finishing them off with a fire spell (which is made from the sun, allowing it to burn underwater. Besides, Mario and Sora could use fire underwater!). I sheathed my sword and turned toward the rock the mermaid hid behind. “Are you okay?”

The mermaid emerged from her hiding place. “I think so. Thank you so much for rescuing me from those sharks. I thought I was done for.” She then gave me a big hug.
“You’re very welcome. Tell me, what are you doing way out here?”

“I was looking for treasure for my collection, and those sharks came after me. Since you saved me, I’d like to give you some of my treasure.”

I refused her offer. “I have a better idea. Would you mind if I drew you? Drawing beautiful mermaids is kind of a hobby of mine.”

The mermaid smiled and blushed. “That’s so sweet. I’d be honored if you drew me. I’ve met the Birthstone Mermaids, and they all say you’re a wonderful artist.”

“I’m so flattered. Do you have a name?”

“It’s Elizabeth.”

“Well then, Elizabeth, show me your good side.”

She struck this pose for me and I took a photo of her. I then sat on a rock and began drawing her. She watched in awe as I drew her. I didn’t mind. When this picture was done, I showed it to her. Elizabeth squealed happily upon seeing it and hugged me again.

“Oh, I love it! Thanks for drawing me so pretty.” I was then given a kiss on the cheek.

“It’s my pleasure.”

We said farewell and went our separate ways.
