We’ve finally reached the last of the Ultra Beasts: Guzzlord. It is a Dark/Dragon type with a base stat total of 570. Its Beast Boost ability can raise either of its attack stats, but it takes a lot more effort to raise the defense stats. Ironically, it doesn’t raise its max HP, which technically is its highest stat. It is based on the concept of black holes, consuming everything around it.

Her weapon is a modified meat cleaver, lengthened to be a sword with sharp and serrated edges on each end, and is named Nemesis. If she cuts you with it, you may get infected with poison, silence, and blind. That weapon is the least of your worries though. Those pinchers around her stomach are certainly more dangerous. They have immense strength, and will pull you off your feet in seconds, leading you toward your demise.

People have theorized that the Ultra Beasts were inspired by the seven deadly sins. Gee, I wonder which one Guzzlord is! Her outfit exposes her midriff, and for good reason. She has a tattoo of a mouth there, and it has a mind of its own. When she senses that her target is weakened enough, she’ll let loose her pinchers on her stomach to grab you. They can stretch a very long distance. Once they grab hold of you, she can taste you through them, and if she likes it (which is very likely; she’s not picky), you’ll be pulled into her stomach and swallowed whole in seconds. It’s not a pretty sight. She will then become stronger, not just because of Beast Boost, but her level also increases. She may be too strong for you to handle if she’s eaten too much.

If you are eaten, you don’t die. You are trapped in a dark abyss and cannot move. You’ll wish you died. If Guzzlord is attacked hard enough, she may release you, but her stats and level will remain the same. The pinchers can be cut off if you or your friend is fast enough (you did bring one, right?), but they will regenerate.

Guzzlord has an immense appetite, and will eat whatever her pinchers can shove down her gullet. Even molded or contaminated food does nothing to her. The tattoo actually comes to life when her victim is close enough, and chomps them down in one bite, no matter their size or weight.

I wanted to incorporate the pinchers (which are actually Guzzlord’s tongues) on the tattoo. Her weapon being able to inflict all those status ailments is a reference to cross contamination, which will make you sick. The bottom line is, if she cooks you something, don’t eat it. Despite that, she is wearing part of an apron. Various models helped out with her design. Her hairstyle was inspired from Rayne (she’s part vampire, so wouldn’t see be constantly thirsty for more blood?). Her boots were inspired by 2B, due to how high they were, and how tough it would be to walk normally with your heels up that high. This also references Guzzlord’s natural low speed (guess she should’ve taken lessons from an android about walking in platform heels)

Next up: the woman they spoke of in all their introductory speeches.

Crunch: Guzzlord bites her target hard with her pinchers. This may also lower their defenses, and is known to break through shields and armor.

Poison Jab: Guzzlord strikes her target with her weapon. It may inflict poison, silence, and blind all at once.

Dragon Rush: Guzzlord goes on a rampage and attacks anything around her. Those she strikes may be stunned.

Devour: (only usable if the target is critically injured) Guzzlord unleashes her pinchers on the target to grab them and pull them toward her stomach. Eating them restores her health by the amount her victim had.
