Buzzard is one of the few male harpies that live in cloktania because in clocktania the ratio of male to female harpies is 15/85%. Buzzard was one of the best air racers in clocktania he could easily beat a jet in a air race if he tried to and he had a very promising carer until both of his wings were cut off of him and sold as a collectors item to a extremely creepy fan. this left him paralyzed unable to fly he longed for the day when he would be able to fly with his brothers and sisters in the sky he vowed to do anything to fly again. after three months he was approached by a certain white snake who offered him a deal to give him back his ability of flight in exchange for doing certain criminal acts for this mysterious snake, he accepted that deal and to this day he works as one of D-Jauns district leaders.
