For reasons unknown even to him, Milo is able to survive in and manipulate snowy environments, shaping and forming ice to his will, and even blend in with it, as if he himself is made of the stuff. He has been this way for a long time, since he was a child. As far as he knows, there is no cure. Perhaps there never will be.
