The World Is Not Enough is one of those Bond movies that really struggle, similar to Tomorrow Never Dies. but pretty much everything TND got wrong, TWINE gets right - though everything TND got right, TWINE gets wrong. Elektra King should work as a great villain, but she just doesn't seem to. Her plan is slightly more crazy than Carver's, and for the sake of revenge it just seems excessive. But it's just the first of many things this movie gets wrong...
