took 244 minutes (4 hours and 4 minutes) And because of my dedication to this piece- I watermarked it. If I knew where to send it- i'd totally send it to Tom Baker himself. HEU.

the line art took 3 hours because my tablet was being a dick. I soo can't wait to get a new one here soon.

But, I might do one of RUFFLES DANDYPANTS. (lol) but i'm not sure, because this was quite difficult to do.
