Because Dark Pit joined Viridi in the war against humanity. That and the only time he'll ever do anything considered heroic is if Pits life is in danger since they are both linked.

We'll it kinda depends on your point of view, to any outsider of the new kid icarus it could be said that he's just as bad as dark link, Wario may not be villainous but he does it for the money and mischief, while bowser was deeper in the inner circle and just wanted to cause the Plumber misery and to break the world King deedee dee actually was part of the SSE but later realized what Tabuu was planing for all of them and the result was his life badges

Thing with Dark Pit is he's the kinda guy who does what he wants and doesn't take orders from anyone unless they offer him something of interest. I doubt the other villains would have anything Dark Pit would want. Still a great pic though.

I think they're more leaning towards the good guys side, since lately in Kirby games they don't seem to be a threat to Kirby anymore, but rather as friends to him.
So that might be why he didn't include them in this picture.

According to Sakurai they're still classified as villains. Probably why he had them as opponents in the event matches in both Brawl and SSB4 where you fight nothing but the villains.

Not so much. Β While Meta Knight is a villain (thanks in part of Kirby Super Star), he is still a knight and his code of honor will sometimes put his rivalry with Kirby off to the side for the greater cause...but tends to go back to being Kirby's enemy once everything is said and done.

Well, to be honest. The anime actually viewed him as a good guy, so I've always considered him to be good, unless he's possessed or just plain psychotic.
But yeah, anyways. Whichever way you prefer Meta knight, I'll always stick with the same thought I have of him.

...The animΓ© isn't even canon to the game series. Β There is no Tiff, there is no Tuff, and there is no such thing as Star Warriors in the games, meaning anything that comes from the animΓ© should be taken with a grain of salt.
