Description I stand in the room at my daughters bedside,
She looks up at me with worried eyes wide.
I smile, a mask to hide behind,
and brighten her life in this world unkind.

She smiles, once more an angels face,
A proper look to enter Gods place,
And closing her eyes, her last breath escapes.
With a tear and a sob, my heart finally breaks.

I sit in the field, where my daughter sleeps.
There is no smile, my heart still weeps.
I pray to God, her soul to keep,
and take me from this world so bleak.

This is so emotional and wonderfully written! I think you should check your grammar a bit, but it ended on the perfect note, and it was a very nice read!
