So was Breath of The Wild, and that turned out to be well worth the wait. If Nintendo would rather wait to release a good game than rush a bad one, I'm glad they care that much. Yeah, it's disappointing, but it will likely be worth it in the end if they're putting this much time and effort into it.

retro studio get the game back, (because for nintendo's standars, the WIP for another companies was poor) but gonna redo the work again (the delay)

What Flutter's means by "Delayed for 2 years" is that it was announced 2 years ago, and they are starting over. There is no official release date stated or even implied.
