Well, here are the other two. I think Luigi - erm, the ShockMaster, came out excellent. Waluigi, not so much. But I'm pretty sure these are their designs.Make sure to check out my Mario & Wario as well.
Remember in Superstar Saga, how Mario was Fire and Luigi was Electricity? Well, this game would be metroid style, in that it takes place after Superstar Saga and they still have all of their abilities. Likewise, Waluigi has the power of water, and Wario CAN get the power of ice.
In terms of story? There is this old temple sealed with electric lock-type things. There used to be four priests or whatever that had to activate these simultaneously. But, because Waluigi can use water to flood the room, one of Luigi's shocks can activate them all.
What are Waluigi and Luigi up to? Can Wario and Mario stop them? And WHO will save the princess while all of this is going on?

The only thing that's bugging me is the length of Waluigi's right arm.

Hmm, I think Warios power should be rock or earth or metals, something incredidbly hard and strong, since in his games (excluding WarioWare) He's always smashing through walls. Therefore, Wario could smash thing hammers couldnt and raise plateaus from the ground or knock enemies out of the way.
Waluigi looks too much like an evil magician, I'd shorten the coller a wee bit and give him his regular hat, but thats just me.

Well, my theory was that Mario and Luigi have Fire and Electricity - technically, two variations of the same thing, heat. So, I figured Wario and Waluigi should get Water and Ice, two variations of cold (sort-of)
I also figure that basically, all of Wario's bro-moves will involve Wario chuckin' Mario in some way. In effect, Wario could turn Mario into a block of ice and slide him into things, or just leave him on top of a button.
And I like the thought of Waluigi thinking of himself as an "eevil magician" just because he can do stuff with water.
SPOILER: Waluigi can put his water into the minds of people/enemies to control them. So he was really just USING Luigi! But WHAT is his ultimate goal?

SPOILER 2: So he can make clones of Mario, Luigi, and Wario that all have his face. I'll be drawing them sometime soon.

Yeah, seeing as waluigi is so lanky and weak, I imagine he'd be a support character more than a combat one. And what about being able to choose who pairs with whom? that would give it re-playability as well as more variety in the bros move department.
And clones? Hasnt that been done with mario? I have a vague memory of copies of mario or luigi happening in a game or something... But I like the idea of waluigi as the evil manipulator, llike finding out at the end of the game that everyone, even all the bad guys like bowser, all were just pawns in his little game, plus you'd have to end up fighting him once he reveals his plans, so the if you made him really powerful whilst playing you'd have to fight him as you made him.
What about being able to form water into the shape of other people?

Actually, as I was designing them, I was very concious to the fact that these two designs pretty much existed. But hey, this is a different RPG franchise, so it's ok.
