Contract Ordered Operatives usually hire experienced personnel. However, from time to time CO-Ops companies do hire willing youths for their team but put them through extensive and intensive training. Reputable teams, usually Combat oriented teams, will not allow a junior member into the field until they are deemed ready.

Tabala Ori carries her own weapon from the temple she was raised in. But over time she collects numerous weapons, some more powerful than all good sense... in the hands of a kitten more powerful than almost all good sense.

She is a kind girl and non-violent with an unending reverence for life. But if she has to fight, almost nothing can stop her. She has the physical mental and emotional tools to deal with anything yet she is not some bad-@$$. But because she is still rather unset in her ways, She is kept off violent missions as much as possible and is made to be as normal a child as possible.
