"Take care, will you." Grendel said, trying his best to not sound chocked.
"I promise I will and I promise I'll bring her back to you. I'll find her, I'm sure." Murdoc wagged his stubby tail.
Grendel only heaved a sigh,
"Just promise me to come back eventually, that'll be enough."
"Okay." Murdoc grinned, just to step forward and pull Grendel into a tight embrace.
"Don't cry, Grendel, you're doing great. She's proud." Murdoc just said, while Grendel sniffed away his tears.
"You think?"
"No, I'm sure, she told me." Murdoc wagged his tail again.
"Well, in that case..." Grendel just sighed.
"In that case everything is good. Don't worry, I go where the wind calls me and it'll call me back to you when it's the right time." the copper wolf said, placing an affectioned lick on Grendel's muzzle, before he simply turned and bounded off, like there indeed was nothing to worry about. Grendel just sighed. There still was so much he would've been able to learn from Murdoc, he now realized.

So, Murdoc didn't exactly take Lore's passing that well...or maybe he did? Apparently he did add her to his imaginary friends. XD
This is also Murdoc's retirement piece, unfortunately I kinda don't know what to do with him right now, so just sending him into retirement for the time being.
